Accounts And Admin Executive
5 Days Work a Week/Full Time

Full Set Accounts and Administrative
Pre-Requisites:
· Min. 5 years’ experience in related Construction industry
· Able to manage tight deadline schedules and pressure positively and effectively
· Team player & motivated
Scope of Work:
- Assist Sales Team to generate progress claim, quotations, delivery orders, invoices, payment receiving & debtors Statement
- Maintaining physical filing of documents and attending emails and phone calls.
- Coordination with projects team and customers in purchasing & shipping/logistics
- Perform Day to day Accounting Transaction Data Entry for AR and AP (Experience in using Auto Count software is an advantage)
- Assist on purchase materials, update, check & print Report for Stock, AR & AP
- Assist in charge for monthly Payroll/Employee Claims for Management Staff & Construction workers.
- Responsible for all Purpose for Full Spectrum of HR, Recruitments, Work permit, S pass, E Pass & others Pass application/ Renewal & Termination, Worker Training Certificate and Renewal.
- Responsible for Company Insurance, Lorry Road Tax and Insurance Renewal.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliation for General Ledger account and P&L analysis.
- To ensure accounting records are properly maintained and reconciled.
- Prepare GST return.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other statutory bodies.
- Any other Ad Hoc duties assign
Requirements:
· Candidate should preferably possess O level, A level, Diploma in Accounting or Administrative or related field.
· Able to work well in a team and independently.
. Candidate must have experience in Singapore, especially MOM procedures.
. Candidate can start work with short notice period.
