Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Motor Vehicles industry. They are looking for a Finance Manager to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess the company’s financial accounting functions
- Ensure adherence to the company’s internal guidelines, and the relevant statutory regulations concerning financial matters
- Contribute to the company's financial growth and investment returns by implementing efficient cost control measures
- Furnish financial data and insights to key management stakeholders
- Oversee timely/precise completion of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closures
- Analyze/Report significant discrepancies for clarification purposes
- Notify the company’s operational team of unusual accounting fluctuations
- Monitor/Review the company’s account reconciliations
- Monitor the company’s annual audit process
- Handle company matters related to Goods and Services Tax (GST) and taxation
- Evaluate and submit the necessary GST returns on a quarterly basis
- Establish/review internal controls in the Finance team, implementing new controls if required
- Provide financial assessments/insights to the company for new initiatives/purchases
- Prepare the company’s various budgets and forecasts
- Manage the company’s cash flow and foreign exchange transactions
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy or other equivalent qualifications/certifications
- Minimum 7 years of relevant MNC working experience
- Prior Audit experience is required
