Job Descriptions:
Ø Overseeing all on-site and off-site constructions/maintenance sites to monitor compliance with safety regulations
Ø Field Experience in Civil and Steel Structures including Painting, Construction of Road Works and Insulation Min 5 to 8 Years
Ø Well Knowledge of Civil & Structural and Electrical, Mechanical & Insulation Drawing
Ø Well Knowledge in civil structural designing, specs and code of practices (prefer process plant construction works Ex: Refinery/Petrochemical)
Ø Ensure projects /maintenance works meet customer's quality standards
Ø Knowledge of solar panel installation works.
Ø Conduct risk assessment and ensure onsite safety of team members and overall operations in accordance with workplace regulations.
Ø Skills required to Prepare BOQ, Quotation and Costing/Budget Management.
Ø Computer skills- Using Microsoft Projects, Excel, Word & Power Point etc
Ø Manage company resources, workers, vehicles, and machinery and oversee supervisors.
Ø Schedule Management / Time Management
Ø Managing all projects in a single hand with skills in target accomplishing.
Ø Excellence in Manpower Planning and Leadership
Ø Knowledge of the Worker’s Safety and Health/WSH Act and excellent communication skills
Requirements:
Ø Degree in Civil engineering or related discipline with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience at the managerial level in construction sites
Ø Process good knowledge of market updates and construction cost trends.
Ø Good leadership and management skills.
Ø Long-term experience in industrial (factories, petrol/chemical plant) projects desired
Ø Able to communicate smoothly in English to handle queries and feedback from clients.
Ø At least 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in the Process Plant/ construction industry
Ø Possess a class 3 driving license and is able to drive.
