Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Cards Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Issuing Functionality projects in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the M&A transactions related to our card business, as well as implementing new card issuing functionalities. Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and project teams.
Budget and Resource Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficiency.
Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project objectives.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risk throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure project deliverables meet the defined quality standards and objectives.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant records.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related IT field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in M&A transactions and card issuing functionality.
- Strong knowledge of the financial industry, card products, and regulations.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is desirable.
