The Customer Service Specialist (CS) reports to the Executive/Operations
Manager. The scopes listed below is a general work scope that applies to all CS.
- Update WMS for inbound, outbound, import & export shipment and duty payment of the car.
- Update date inventory records and location plan for movement of the cars whenever required (inbound cars, shifting of cars to outbound cars and etc).
- Facilitate daily transportations. Communicate with customer regarding daily order requests and local delivery, collection and events arrangements and liaise with controller to ensure customer satisfactory.
- Ensure that all relevant transaction records (location plan, daily inventory reports and permits) are accountable and maintained neatly in hard and soft copy.
- Update daily reports and tally with the inventory – make sure data match WMS records, number of cars per location in location plan.
- Ensure monthly storage to be billed on the same month and overflow storage to be billed beginning of next month, transportation billing for every job done.
