SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual that manage growth initiatives at NST.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with COO, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving strategic planning, marketing initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships to grow our business.


The ideal candidate needs to have an aggressive mindset to win, a creative flair for generating engaging ideas, and a data-driven approach to methodically develop tactics and achieve high ROI on the various initiatives. You should have a strong grasp of different marketing channels and analytics tools, with the ability to derive meaningful insights and drive new strategies based on data.


Job Description / Responsibilities:

· Development of market strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.

· Conduct in-depth market research to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and drive brand positioning.

· Providing timely reporting on all engagement metrics and post event analysis

· Play an integral part in building and maintaining warm yet professional communications with prospects, members and other key stakeholders, contributing towards our robust lead management processes

· Drive lead generation initiatives through effective implementation of lead capture strategies, lead nurturing campaigns and marketing automation techniques.

· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and marketing best practices to identify new opportunities and innovative approaches for brand growth.


Requirements:

· At least 5 years of work experience with a track record in growing brand and business in a face-paced environment is preferred.

· Ability to utilize software and technology to create and distribute marketing campaigns effectively

· Responsible for developing strategies and tactics for marketing campaigns and be able to analyze data and research to make informed decisions.

· Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate complex issues with multiple stakeholders.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner that maintains and develops relationships

· Required to have a strong sense of ownership to take charge of projects independently.

· Analytical, detail-oriented and conscientious.

Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus
