Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Leader for a three-month contract, focused on establishing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for our SEA HC Business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing within the medical device, pharmaceutical, and biological industries in the Asia Pacific region.


Key Responsibilities:


Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Devise a robust digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives, emphasizing the healthcare packaging market for medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and biological products. Work with sales team members, R&D and leadership to understand our buyer persona’s and their primary needs to understand best approach to reaching target audience.


Digital Marketing Calendar Creation: Develop and manage a detailed digital marketing calendar that schedules all campaigns, content, and digital activities – plan should entail a 12-month calendar, starting in January 2024.


Campaign Execution & Management: Launch and manage campaigns across various digital channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display and programmatic advertising, and content marketing. These should tie to our identified personas and target segments. Content is available from our AFNA marketing teams, and should leverage existing content, in addition to marketing agency recommendations.


Lead Generation: Design and implement strategies for lead generation and nurturing campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.


Demand Generation Process: Establish a solid demand generation process to continuously attract and engage prospects through various stages of the marketing funnel, specific emphasis on the delineation of Japan, S. Korea.


Content Development: Work with R&D, Sales and leadership to create relevant content that resonates with the target industries and adheres to compliance standards, aligning to our identified target personas and primary needs.


KPI and ROI Analysis: Set, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, campaign performance, and overall ROI of digital marketing efforts. Funnel should include, leads, marketing qualified leads, sales qualified leads, projects and validation.


Marketing Automation and CRM Utilization: Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline marketing processes and personalize customer interactions. Understand, marketing automation is established at Amcor Corporate and will need a user creation and sub-user groups for our SEA HC business.


Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, R&D, and regional teams, to ensure that the digital marketing strategy is cohesive and integrated.


Reporting: Provide comprehensive reports and insights to senior management on digital marketing performance, recommending strategic adjustments as necessary.


Transition: Train, develop and transition digital marketing knowledge to the digital marketing lead for SEA HC during this period.
