- Manage inbound and outbound collection calls in a call center.
- Explain detailed breakdown of payable amounts to customers.
- Negotiate repayment amounts and dates as needed.
- Improve collections efficiency and reduce delinquency rates through customer service.
- Resolve issues and assist walk-in customers with payments.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level and above.
- At least 2 years of working experience in telemarketing, customer service or debt collection.
