Job Summary
- Handles all matters pertaining to Student’s pass, administrative matters on school registration and orientation, internship placements.
- Students support services to international students to help students settle down in Singapore.
- Assists HOD in all ad hoc projects such as ISO, EduTrust, graduation etc.
- Provides counselling to students in regards to attendance and academic performance.
- Attends to students’ enquiries and feedback.
- Manage Student Admission, Orientation, Graduation and other requests
- A communication link with students & their Guardians / parents
- Assist and support Industrial Attachment related administrative works
- Attend and provide good services to students and manage the student services counter Ensures all students’ P-files are properly updated and kept, all databases are updated accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensures that all daily and monthly reports are prepared on time and filed properly.
- Maintains good working order of the Student Services Department’s facilities and equipment through regular housekeeping practices and promptly repairs any breakdowns.
- Constantly reviews operational processes and procedures to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Supports the Registrar in other day-to-day operations.
- Undertake ad hoc projects delegated by HOD.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min A Level / Diploma holders in any discipline.
- Highly motivated individuals with good initiative and excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in academic, course administration and/or school management would be an advantage but not necessary
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
- Part-timers (on a 3 months contract)
