STARCHAMPS @ Toa Payoh is looking for a passionate part-time Teacher for lower secondary science to join the Team! Teaching materials and training will be provided.
Job Description:
- Delivering lessons in accordance with StarChamps's curriculum for students using various teaching methods to ensure a high quality of learning
- Marking students' work and going the extra mile for weaker students
- Classroom administration
- Completing student progress reports for students each term
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with students and parents
- Providing term updates to parents on students’ performance and progress
- Create and maintain a safe and conducive learning environment for students, safeguarding their safety and health at all times
Job Requirements:
- A Degree in any discipline (Preferably related to Science )
- Minimum 2-3 yrs of teaching experience
- Must have the passion to teach
- Has to be comfortable with use of technology in class
- Classes available on weekdays 330pm~ & weekends 9am~
- Can commit for until end of November
- Training will be provided (half a day in Dec 2023)
- Able to start in Jan 2024
