GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER
You will provide total guest support. Responsible for welcoming and checking in and out of guests to the Hotel; managing guest enquiries and providing information of Hotel to guests whenever applicable. Act as key liaison between the customers and the Hotel in delivering total customer satisfactions.
Pre-requisites
- Minimum 1 year customer service expereince
- Attentive to details. Service oriented and a team player
- Conversant in written and spoken English
- Proficient in OPERA will be added advantage
