Job Description:
Maintain Restaurant cleanliness according to proper sanitation standards .
.Daily housekeeping duties .
· Set up tables according to reservation .
· Attend to guests’ requests in a prompt and professional manner.
· Advise guests on food and beverage menu choices .
Make recommendations.
· Take orders.
.Prepare drink orders.
· Serve food and beverages to guests in an unobstructing and professional manner.
· Manage online and walk-in reservation.
· Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
· Respond to complaints promptly . Inform Chef and manager for appropriate service recovery actions to turn unhappy patrons into return guest.
· Collect payments from guests.
· Clean tables after guests have finished dining.
.Support monthly inventory stock taking.

· Able to read , write and converse English.
· wine and sake knowledge.
· Must be prepared to work on weekends and public holidays.
