- Adecco is partnering with a Technology Multinational Corporation company to search for a Sales Transaction Support
- Focus: Finance, Sales Admin/Quote Support and MS Excel
- Office location: Singapore (Central)
- 5 days’ work – (Office Hours) 40 Hours per week
The Talent
- 2 years’ experience Finance Related Background
- 2- 3 years of experience in Sales Admin / Quote Support, preferably in IT/Telco/Data Center industries.
- Salesforce, MS Excel and Power Point knowledge and experience is required.
- Excellent Communications Skills
The Job
The role will cover across different Sales Team including Field (Enterprise), Field (Service Provider) and Mid-Market Sales.
- Support sales team on opportunities that require quote creation and revision, tracking of quote approval status, generating and following up on legal contracts and obtaining the respective signatory.
- Sales admin will be required to validate the details provided by sales team and customers to ensure data accuracy in SFDC systems input.
- Usage of CRM tools like SFDC will be high and on daily basis so knowledge of CRM system is important.
- Supporting sales team on report generation and customer engagement is expected.
- Need to be a team player when engaging internal stakeholders.
- Ad Hoc Administrative work such as supporting company event
