Our client is from Food Industry. They are looking for a Food Technologist to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Innovate and formulate new food products, conducting evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team, providing technical guidance and reports.
- Offer technical support to customers and troubleshoot on-site when needed.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication for new product introductions.
- Propose and develop concepts in line with trends and business needs.
- Maintain thorough project records.
- Ensure product compliance with food regulations.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in R&D for beverages, ice cream, dairy
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Nutrition, or related fields.
- Knowledge of ingredient and food additive applications in beverages, ice cream, and dairy products is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience in prototyping and trial work.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and sampling processes.
