Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Scrum Master to lead and coach software development teams in Singapore through the Agile transformation.

  • Extensive experience in Agile Coaching and leading teams through Agile transformations
  • Experienced in leading large projects as a Scrum Master
  • Extensive experience with Project Management of projects using Agile methodologies
  • PMI certification with practical experience, or current comparable knowledge and experience of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Project Management of large technical projects ($1 million or more in technical costs – hardware, software, labor, consulting ) with successful leadership
  • Maturity in successful Customer Relationship Management and Stakeholder management with resources at senior management levels
  • Maturity in successful Vendor Management to achieve expected goals in cost containment and solution delivery

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least three years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
  • Good understand off SAFe Framework
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Knowledge on setting up Agile tool (e.g., JIRA hands-on) from scratch
  • Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
  • Deep expertise deploying/delivery with agile methodologies in multiple clients
  • Can clearly articulate client benefits by adopting agile vs water fall traditional delivery approach
  • Familiar with and have hands-on experience of Agile scaling methods
  • Practitioner level Agile certifications, e.g., CSP, PMI-ACP, ICP-ACC, SAFe-SPC, LeSS Practitioner
  • DevOps practitioner to automate CI/CD, hands-on experience on JIRA
