Air Freight Import Coordinator

Job Scope:
- Ensure accurate and timely input of shipment information into system.
- Liaise with both sales support and sales team to ensure service quality to clients.
- Anticipate problems and take proactive actions to ensure smooth delivery, optimize value and proactively minimize demurrage.
- To monitor own performance and upkeep of individual KPI / KRA.
- Resolve and rectify any failure in system process and operational issues, if not escalation to superior.
- Align and support corporate’s direction and policies and inclined to BPO’s approach for standardization of process and increase Productivity and KPI.
- Accrual all costs in the system and book in vendors' invoices.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by team leader and department manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 'O Level and above with 1 year working experience in Air Freight will be advantage.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office preferred
