· Greeting visitors and colleagues
· Managing security and telecommunications systems
· Transferring calls as necessary
· Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
· Managing meeting room availability
· Manage incoming and outgoing daily mail and packages, distributing and dispatching
· Preparing vouchers for petty cash
· Handling transcription, printing, photocopying, scanning, blinding of Company Brochure
· Recording and maintaining office expenses
· Provide administrative support to management as needed
· Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture
· Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers
· Assist with organizing company events and meetings
· Participate in team-building exercises and activities
· Develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures
· Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception and office area
