Position Summary


The Executive, Community Integration (Fundraising) should be an enthusiastic candidate with a strong commitment to community engagement and fundraising. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, a proven track record in managing fundraising initiatives and experience in donor cultivation and stewardship. Strong organizational abilities and the capability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.


We are seeking candidates with a strategic mindset, the ability to foster strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and a demonstrated proficiency in project management. A passion for making a meaningful impact in the community, coupled with a proactive and results-oriented approach, will be highly valued.


Job Description


  • Act as a liaison person for community partners or external organizations on outreach and fundraising initiatives, and corporate social responsibility/value-in-action (CSR/VIA) projects
  • Drive fund raising programs to achieve the targets for donations.
  • Produce outreach and fundraising materials, including drafting and presenting fund-raising proposals and sponsorship decks
  • Provide necessary support, and recruit and manage volunteers (when required) to facilitate outreach and fundraising, and CSR/VIA activities
  • Plan, organise and manage Club Rainbow’s annual signature event, Ride and Ralk for Rainbows as the key platform for fundraising and donor engagement
  • Develop a donor/sponsor engagement strategy to identify, cultivate, solicit, steward and retain qualified prospects and donors/sponsors
  • Establish a strategic and systematic focus on increasing the frequency of donation as well as the size of the donation with the donor base
  • Engage the existing corporate and individual donors through activities to enhance donors’ connection to the charity
  • Manage communications with existing donor base and respond to donor requests & enquires in a professional and timely fashion
  • Maintain donor database to ensure up-to-date donor contact information
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to supervisor and Executive Director
  • Perform any specific projects provided by supervisor and Executive Director from time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 3 years of working experience
  • Strong ability to organize and run programmes
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Ability to interact with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office


Permanent full time position.

Hybrid work arrangement.

21 days Annual Leave.
