Job Description & Requirements
Responsible for the project quality and safety plan
· Monitoring the sub-contractor schedules
· Ensure company ISO and OHSAS requirements are fully implemented on projects
· Updating and alerting Project Manager on delays and suggesting ways to expedite progress and catch up on delays
· Scheduling programs and weekly/monthly basis updates
· Perform schedule monitoring and updating on construction schedules preparation of periodic progress reports with commitments and forecast
· Monitor project compliance with project management standard policies, procedures and templates through project audits
Requirements:
· Degree in Civil Engineering
· Possess relevant experience in managing Singapore construction projects (LTA/MRT)
· Ability to manage schedule or planning on building works
· Profession in building projects
· At least 5 years of experience in LTA / MRT projects
· Must be literate in English and have experience using computer software, and Microsoft office such as Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint etc.
