Job Scope :
-Support Indirect hourly recruitment, onboarding activities including operator orientation and offboarding activities
- Managing of foreign employee work pass related matters if any
- Support and maintain training administration and certification for operators
- Support and coordinate HR welfare activities and employee engagement
- Managing data, e-Leave in Workday and reporting
- HR administrative such as maintaining for P-Files, employee information in Workday system, confirmation on employee's probation
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR or equivalent.
- 2 years’ of relevant experience
- Relevant experience in Manufacturing environment
- Experience with Work Pass application
- Able to start in a fast paced environment
- Able to start work immediate or short notice
