JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
- Receive and screen patients arriving at the clinic
- Perform full registration and schedule appointments for patients
- Keeps records of inpatients’ referrals
- Look out for patients who may require assistance
- Answer and handle telephone enquiries
- Undertake any other duties as assigned
WORKING HOURS:
Office Hours
- 8.30am - 5.30pm (5.5days)
AM
- 0800hrs-1700hrs
- *0800hrs-1500hrs
PM
- 1200hrs-2100hrs
- *1400hrs-2100hrs
Nightshift
- 2100hrs-0800hrs
*some shifts are shorter to meet the 40hr work per week requirement.
WORK PLACE:
- Yishun / Novena / Outram / Kent Ridge / Orchard / Woodlands

- Min N - Level
- Able to commit min 3 months
