Summary

  • Perm role comes with comprehensive benefits (Annual leave, V , medical benefits, etc
  • Working days & hours: Monday to Friday 830am-6pm or 9am-630pm

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver L1/L2 support for office and store infrastructure as well as retail applications.
  • Monitor daily operational IT issues and escalate them to the relevant parties when necessary.
  • Create and manage IT-related tickets within the business unit.
  • Handle email and D365 user administration tasks.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing staff members.
  • Participate in D365 upgrades and deployments.
  • Efficiently identify the root causes of reported incidents.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software licenses, making updates as needed.
  • Document IT support processes and procedures.
  • Provide assistance to the e-Comm team for website and mobile app support.
  • Offer end-user support for reporting platforms.
  • Undertake any other tasks, duties, or assignments as directed by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Possess minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or IT or any equivalent
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
