Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Sales Team Lead to join our organization with a specific focus on the Industrial Engineering industry. As the Recruitment Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and recruitment professionals, driving business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction within the Industrial Engineering sector. Your expertise in both sales and recruitment will be instrumental in achieving our company's strategic goals and establishing Achieve Group as the preferred recruitment partner for Industrial Engineering companies.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales and recruitment professionals focused on the Industrial Engineering industry.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, expand the client base, and increase market share in the Industrial Engineering sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities, identify prospective clients, and establish partnerships with key stakeholders within the Industrial Engineering industry.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract, screen, and select qualified candidates for Industrial Engineering positions.
  • Monitor team performance, set sales targets, and provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure individual and team success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the Industrial Engineering sector to drive informed decision-making.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, forecast revenue, and prepare reports on team performance and achievements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the recruitment industry, with a focus on the Industrial Engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Industrial Engineering industry, including job roles, skill requirements, and market trends.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Prior experience in leading and managing a team, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients and candidates at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, applicant tracking systems, and other recruitment software.
