- Assist to manage, oversee and coordinate all aspects of the assigned projects, according to the brief
- Assist with the tender process (including but not limited to preparation of tender documents, administration of tender process, evaluation of tenders and submission of tender recommendation report)
- Assist to provide project/ contract administration, including writing minutes of meeting
- Assist to liaise closely with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, suppliers & related parties for each assigned project and keep track of the project deliverables to ensure compliance with the specified standards, requirements and safety
- Assist to prepare and timely submission of all claims, variation orders, settlement of final accounts of assigned projects and ensure compliance with approved budgets
- Assist to liaise with Finance to coordinate for payments to relevant parties
- Assist with the annual budgeting requirements of the projects department
- Assist with the periodic reporting requirements of the projects department
- Assist in any other duties as required
