Job scope
- To Troubleshoot/ repair machinery/equipment faults in the production areas. Familiar with rotary filling machinery, liquid processing equipment and powder filling machine, fabrication machine, welding machine
- To maintain and trouble shoot of manufacturing equipment n parts (valves, pumps, Gaskets, gear box, conveyor belt system, switch box).
- To Support mechanical engineer in calibrations and control trouble shooting as required.
Requirement:
- Min diploma in Mechanical / Electronics /Electrical / Mechatronic
- Min 3 years of experience and at least 6/10 in providing maintenance of rotary filling machinery, liquid processing equipment and powder filling machine, fabrication machine, welding machine with minimum to no help from senior
- Min 3 years of experience n at least 6/10 of trouble shooting electrical and control equipment like motors, VFDs, PLCs, electrical panels, relays, contactors, Level, temperature, pressure, weight, flow, proximity sensors and switches with minimum to no help from senior
- Min level 5/10 of skill set in mechanical/ electrical/ technical knowledge of equipment/parts (e.g., Bearings, industrial lubricants& Greasing, conveyors)
- Min level 4/10 of electrical knowledge in processing equipment
- Basic knowledge for Utility equipment functionality and able to work together with with any maintenance activity or troubleshooting.
