Customer Service Executive
- Salary: $3,100 to $3,700
- Working location: Pandan Loop
- Working hours: 5.5 days, Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat (9am – 1pm)
Job Purpose
Oversee and monitor the efficiency of Customer Service Department, providing the full cycle of order fulfilment of products to customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach department personnel to achieve a level of competency required to carry out their duties effectively.
- Oversee efficiency of order fulfilment processes, identifying requirements and opportunities for improving process flow and customer satisfaction.
- Determining appropriate methods to analyse operations, information and data.
- Analyse and report on department performance metrics.
- Conduct checks on documents, investigate issues and report errors.
- Participate in implementation of operational, process and productivity initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reduce issues with order fulfilment.
- Support with customer orders, handle customer enquiries, issues and engage with stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain good communication and relationship between external and internal stakeholders for continuous improvement in order handling process.
Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder
- 3 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably from Food Manufacturing / FMCG industry
- Experience in leading / mentoring a team
