Job Descriptions: -
Financial Reporting
- Handle all aspects relating to the accounting functions to facilitate the closing of the full set of accounts.
- Responsible for preparing month-end and year-end closing schedules.
- Arrange for management approvals and process payments in respect of vendors, handle petty cash and staff reimbursements.
- Maintain proper fixed assets register.
- Ensure inter-company transactions and balances are reconciled regularly.
- Review contracts & agreements, and follow-up with other counterparts.
- Prepare and ensure compliance with all tax filing requirement (GST & WHT) and ensure timely submission.
- Liaising with internal & external auditors on audit requirements for the year-end statutory audit.
- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
- Support corporate secretarial work.
- Handling any other ad-hoc duties or operational issues requiring finance involvement as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA.
- Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experiences.
- Independent, detail oriented and good time management.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize workloads for maximum effectiveness.
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferable if able to commence work immediately.
