Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Follow up/sales calls
- Able to prepare documents such as attendance, package signup contracts, etc
- Able to communicate with clients
- Handle general admin tasks such as filing, phone calls and e-mails
- Handle any administrative or miscellaneous tasks if required
Requirements:
- At least diploma.
- Minimum 1 year sales/customer service experience
- Able to speak both Mandarin and English fluently
- Able to work independently
- Meticulous, motivated, proactive, multi-tasking
- Responsible and willing to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle stress
Work Schedule:
- Weekday: 10:00am-7:00pm
- Weekend: 8:00am-5:00pm or 12pm-9pm
- Long term commitment preferred
