Responsibilities:
• Manage outlets Accounts Receivables sales collection
• Update Daily sales reports
• Handle vouchers reimbursement
• Handle credit cards reimbursement
• Prepare bank reconciliations and resolve any issues highlighted
• Handle filing and other administrative works
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum 'O' level with at least 1-year relevant accounting experience
• Preferably bi-lingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with associates)
• Proficient in MS Office & Excel
• Meticulous, able to multi-task, and possess a positive attitude
• Diligent and result-orientated and with a strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines
• Preferably to start work immediately or within short notice
