Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director, Researchers and international research networks and projects, including preparing programme schedules and itineraries.
- Arrange flights, hotel accommodation and other logistics related to overseas visits and visitors’ visits to Singapore.
- Coordinate, schedule and provide logistical support for meetings, interviews, teleconferences, video conferences and scientific symposia.
- Update the publications list and follow up with the Director to list actual publication details.
- Update the Programme’s website on a regular basis.
- Perform other general administrative or related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree, Diploma or equivalent in any discipline, preferably with a secretarial accreditation.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in secretarial support to senior management, finance and/or procurement would be advantageous.
- Possess excellent organisational, written and communication skills.
- Reliable and conscientious team player with effective interpersonal skills and able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Meticulous, resourceful, innovative and self-directed with a positive work attitude.
- Proficient in general software applications that facilitate work operations such as Microsoft Office programmes.
