What You'll be Doing
- Perform daily operational duties at outpatient clinic.
- Registration of patients and provide frontline customer service.
- Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines.
- Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.
- Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
- Operate Clinic Management System (CMS).
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Clinic Supervisor/Doctor.
What We Are Looking for
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in GP is required for Senior position.
- Willingness to travel to various locations to cover Cluster Clinics when necessary.
- Experience in outpatient GP Clinic operations is mandatory for this position.
- Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy.
- Able to work on 5.5 days' work week including weekday and weekends, shift work based on Clinic operation hours.
