Job Description:
- Perform PM on Aviation Ground Equipment (AGE) in accordance with maintenance checklists and ensure a high quality workmanship
- Carry out CM tasks and solve problems encountered to ensure a smooth operation in the maintenance works
- Effective execute any other AGE Work Instructions
- Carry out all work activities to meet quality standards and committed Turn Around Time (TAT)
- Inspect and report any product / service problem and execute corrective action(s)
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve on work activities and procedures
- a) To act as a customer call centre and provide assistance to users on any technical and / or administrative related issues
- b) To establish a scheduled plan for PM servicing and monitor them to achieve optimal serviceability to support operations
- c) To track and manage the Estimated Time of Recovery (ETR) for PM and CM jobs
- d) To track the location of the equipment / vehicles owned by the customer
- e) To provide necessary updates on all equipment's / vehicles' serviceability and maintenance status (i.e. Key Performance Indicators) to the customer
- f) To collate maintenance data for the purpose of reliability analysis and spares' provisioning
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification relevant to maintenance works
- At 1 year's working experience in an automotive or other relevant maintenance related industry (Relevant NS experience will also be considered)
- Self driven and excellent team player
- Requires a minimum of Class 3 driving (manual transmission) licence. Class 4 or 5 driving licence is preferred
