Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Welcome and engage customers, providing a positive and personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs, offer product recommendations, and answer inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products/services.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product/service offerings to address customer needs.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products/services to maximize sales opportunities.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about our products/services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical details to customers.
- Provide input on product improvements based on customer feedback.
Point of Sale (POS) Operations:
- Operate the POS system accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring proper accounting and security.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
Merchandising and Store Presentation:
- Assist in keeping the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and product displays to attract and engage customers.
- Participate in regular inventory checks and restocking activities.
Customer Follow-Up:
- Proactively follow up with customers on inquiries, orders, and satisfaction.
- Gather and record customer feedback to improve our products and services.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and issue resolution.
