About The Role

As an Executive/Senior Executive, Procurement, specialized in Integrated Facilty Management, you will be part of the team that supports the Procurement, Inventory and management of the organization's soft/hard Facility Management contracts. Working in a team, you will provide proactive planning and value add to the procurement category you are in-charge of. You will also communicate closely with hospital users and ALPS vendors to support in the hospital's daily operations for patients' care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in management of Integrated Facility (IFM), Manpower services contracts and Service level Agreements (SLA)
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate and manage contract and services while ensuring proper governance of the entire procurement process
  • Perform Data Analytics, management reportings on indirect sourcing events
  • Manage vendors to ensure quality, pricing and delivery objectives are met
  • Contain and reduce costs through proper negotiation, product standardizing or innovative ways of sourcing
  • Establish and renew contracts on time to ensure continuous supply of products and services
  • Form committees to evaluate goods and services after tender
  • Actively solicit customer's feedback, address issues and seek continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain/Property or Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skill and able to interact with the staff of all levels
  • Government procurement experience would be a plus
