JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify sales opportunities and develop new accounts.
- Drive sales, monitor and track, and take the necessary actions to meet goals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Ensure customer orders are processed accordingly.
- Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure continuous growth.
- Expand market share with existing and new customers.
- Enhance the value-added selling approach.
- Provide quality after-sales service to customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Sales experience and a proven track record of relevant accomplishments in the automotive and industrial sectors are preferred.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- They are organized, structured, presentable, and professional.
- Strong interpersonal skills to deal with different levels of customers.
- Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
