Responsibilities:
- Responsible for defining overall test strategy and test plan jointly with project stakeholders
- Ensure testing completed on-time, within budget and the desired quality.
- Monitor and manage risks /issues related to Testing and Quality
- Test Execution Management
Skills/Requirement:
- University Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent.
- Strong functional domain experience in Trade for Banking.
- 8-10 Years of testing experience in Test Management.
- Defining RTM, Test Strategy, Test Plan, RTM, Test Execution.
- Plan and manage the runbook for all testing phases SIT, UAT, Mock Run and Production Implementation.
- Experienced in Technical, Functional, Automation and Performance Testing.
- Lead respective test teams.
- Coordinate between Business and Dev team for queries and clarifications.
- Responsible for running defect triage calls.
- Experience in delivery models like Agile (Scrum and Kanban).
- Awareness of Tech Stack suite.
- Knowledge of products like Finastra FTI, FCC.
