Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement rewards policies and programmes to drive a high performance culture;
- Support the Remuneration Committee in various executive compensation matters;
- Handle the performance management framework to effectively develop and enhance organisation and individual performance;
- Analyse market pay data to ensure market competitiveness and develop appropriate reward strategies to attract and retain key talents;
- Review and ensure that the organisation’s salary structures and incentive models remain relevant and competitive to market;
- Manage share-based incentive programmes that drive long term performance;
- Manage various benefits programmes including insurance, leave and flexible benefits schemes.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR related discipline
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Strong analytical, influencing and detailed oriented skills
- Ability to view the big picture
- Good oral and written communication skills
- IHRP certification preferred
