Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative and clerical duties
- Responsible for maintaining HR/Admin documentation including data entry, filing and etc
- Update daily, weekly and monthly attendance report
- Computing of overtime for our workers
- Assist with work pass applications and monitoring of expiry dates
- Check and submit employees' leave and claim
- Renew and update company contract, agreement license and etc
- Assisting with the management of QOHS System (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001)
- Plan interview and selection procedures including phone screenings and face-to-face interviews
- Ensure payroll is performed at timely and accurate manner
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative or event-related duties if required
Requirements:
- Only Singaporeans
- Qualification: Diploma / N/O Level
- Immediate position. Looking for suitable candidate who is able to start work immediately
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- At least 2 years of experience in HR
Working Hours:
- Mon to Fri 8am-5:15pm
- Alternate Sat 8am-12pm (work from home)
