Job Description
• Planning, developing, and directing multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive sales.
• Leading and training teams of Marketing Associates
• Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
• Analysing customer feedback and campaign performance
• Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter those markets.
• Partnering with product development and buying teams to estimate product demand.
• Overseeing social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations.
• Implementing search engine optimization (SEO) in online media
• Researching trends and new marketing opportunities, and brainstorming ideas
• Coordinating and producing financial documents for advertising campaigns, such as budgets, estimates, and contracts
• Communicating and negotiating with ad agencies, employees, marketing staff, editors, and writers
• Any other Ad-hoc duties from time to time.
Requirements
• Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology, and budgeting
• Proficient with marketing-related software programs
