Our Client is a leader in the Energy MNC in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Responsibility
- Manage customer and facilitate the end-to-end onboarding and off boarding process.
- Responsible for checking on contracts and agreements are in accordance to company policy
- Handle and resolve customer enquire as main point of contact and interactions
- Liaise with internal departments to provide assistance and solutions to customers
- Process and manage customer forms
- Any administrative tasks that’s assigned
Requirements
- Min Diploma in related field
- Min 1 years of customer service experience
