Senior Warehouse Executive

Job Description

  • Assess and report the efficiency of warehousing operations and employee performance.
  • Supervise and coordinate weekly cycle counts, ensuring timely reports are submitted to the client.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
  • Plan and forecast work activities within the warehouse.
  • Monitor, track, and report the status of all warehouse activities.
  • Regularly review operational status with management.
  • Uphold excellent warehouse stockkeeping standards and maintain a clean environment.
  • Communicate job expectations and inspire the team.
  • Maintain item records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to assess warehouse status.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative or adjusted work procedures.
  • Collaborate and coordinate activities with other departments.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in a business-related field.
  • Possession of a Singapore Class 3 or 4 Driving License.
  • Forklift license will be an added advantage.
  • Strong supervisory skills and techniques.
  • Proficiency in warehouse software packages and MS Office.
  • Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data.
  • Commitment to ensuring work is completed efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
