Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for documenting Business Process Flow of the existing AS-IS process and TO-BE process.
- Responsible to propose and design IT Business Solution with prototypes, message mapping, acceptance criteria..etc
- Responsible to comply with the program’s standards, business architecture, development tools and processes.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education
- Minimum of 2 years working experience as a Business Analyst
- Analytical and Problem solving skills
- Organised and able to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Proactive
- Modelling processes using a variety of tools and techniques
- Data Driven to create user requirement specifications and business acceptance tests
- Collaboration with business users, product owners and development teams to deliver solutions.
Added advantage:
- Business Analyst in the Air Cargo industry
- Experience with Agile software development process
- Experience with software development
- Experience in EDI, XML, web services, JSON
- Experience in software architecture
The successful candidate will join a team responsible for the business analysis and feasibility study of both enterprise and consumer applications.
Candidates must be independent, critical thinkers, have good oral and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
He/she is expected to be an active participant in the project team comprising members from different departments in the company.
