Job Description:
As a Technical Consultant, you will assume a pivotal role in our organization with the following key responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and product teams to facilitate seamless coordination between technical aspects and business goals.
- Proof-Of-Concept (POC) and Technical Proposals: Undertake the creation and presentation of Proof-Of-Concept (POC) solutions while crafting technical proposals to support our clients' needs.
- Solution Presentations and Workshops: Lead solution presentations and workshops to ensure our clients gain a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of our offerings.
- Pre and Post-Sales Support: Provide comprehensive pre and post-sales support to address client inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Exploration of Emerging Technologies: Continuously explore and propose the adoption of new and emerging technologies in the market to enhance our technical capabilities.
Position Requirements:
- Education: Possess a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
- Technical Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong grasp of Security Design Architecture, OSI model, TCP/IP model, Network Security, and various Protocols.
- Security Expertise: Showcase hands-on experience with security technologies, including firewalls and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS).
- Industry Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT Security domain, specifically in a technical role.
