Job Description:
- Responsible for full spectrum of monthly payroll processing including but not limited to tax withholding, yearly income tax returns (including IR21), salary reviews, bonuses payment, CPF submission, etc.
- Responsible for timely execution and completion of payroll cycles (including off-cycle)
- Ensure prompted system updates in accordance with statutory legislation changes (e.g. CPF changes, statutory contribution, IRAS)
- Liaise with Finance on monthly accrual and payroll reports
- Participate in salary and benefits benchmarking exercises, payroll-related initiatives, compensation & benefits surveys (including Government/MOM).
- Ensure timely and accurate government claims submission (e.g. NS pay, childcare, maternity, etc), staff medical claims (e.g. specialist, health screening, WICA, etc)
- Proper filing and documentation of all relevant documents (payroll advice reports and correspondences) pertaining to Compensation & Benefits related activities.c
- Manage employee welfare benefits, leave matters, insurance, reports and any inquiries
- Point of contact with external auditors on compensation and benefits matters
- Liaising with insurers with regards to enrolment and termination of members
