ServiceNow is currently seeking a highly solution-oriented Sr. Director to lead our APAC and Japan Deal Desks. As a trusted advisor to the APAC and Japan Presidents and their sales leadership teams, this leader ensures our most complex deals are structured and closed in a timely manner that maximizes value for both ServiceNow and the customer. This individual acts as a thought leader among the cross-functional teams of sales, legal, revenue, operations, and the product teams to facilitate deal closure efforts.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of motivated, customer focused deal desk professionals located across the Asia Pacific and Japan regions
Actively participate in deal reviews with prospects, sales teams, and management
Partner with the sales and professional services teams to drive the deal structuring process
Provide pricing guidance and approval to Senior Sales Leadership
Work with senior executives across functional disciplines to develop effective value propositions that align with client requirements and business strategies
Act as a liaison, working cross functionally across multiple groups, such as sales, services, revenue, pricing, sales ops, order management, to help design and execute on sales and deal strategies
Provide deal structuring education to sales to maximize deal viability early in sales cycle
Identify and implement process improvements to shorten deal close cycles while ensuring a fair exchange of value for both ServiceNow and our customers
Progress and share best practices with the worldwide team, ensuring adoption and standardization across regions
