Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development and delivery of SRAM IP and Compiler under advanced technology to achieve corresponding PPA indicators;
2. Responsible for SRAM architecture design and circuit design, K library, simulation verification and reliability assurance;
3. Participate in market competition analysis, roadmap planning and product definition;
4. Assist in the design and implementation of test pieces, packaging design, test board design, and post-silicon testing related work.
Job Requirements:
1. More than 10 years of experience in advanced process SRAM IP and Compiler design and successful tape-out;
2. Familiar with various SRAM circuit structures and design/verification methodologies, and familiar with hybrid circuit design processes;
3. Familiar with SRAM Compiler and test chip design solutions and verification methodology;
4. Applicants with complete set of SRAM IP and Compiler experience are preferred;
5. Get familiar with SRAM IP market and competitive landscape, those with experience in product road planning and product definition are preferred;
6. Have good communication skills, high sense of responsibility, strong sense of delivery, and excellent team spirit.
