What will you be doing?

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure/Cloud Engineer who is enthusiastic about what they do, who wishes to grow their career and who is eager to take on new challenges with a learning mindset.

You will be involved in

  • · Manage all components in our Microsoft O365 and Amazon Cloud Infrastructure (M365 & AWS)
  • · Administration, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Juniper Network devices.
  • · Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure high availability.
  • · Work closely with the security team to counter the ever-growing cyber-threat landscape.
  • · Building new cloud and on-premise platforms and deploying improvements to existing ones.
  • · Running and maintaining server & storage infrastructure on-premises.
  • Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements.
  • · Ensure architectural standards are maintained.
  • · Participate in the Infrastructure/Operations On-Call Rotation Schedule.

What we’re looking for in you

We would be particularly interested if you have experience in any of the following, and we value someone willing to jump in and learn new technologies quickly:

  • · At least a Diploma holder in IT Computer studies field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on AWS.
  • · Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • · Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • · Good understanding of cloud-based networking, security, and storage
  • · Requires a good working knowledge of GitHub or use of other source control management systems.
  • · Experience with Juniper network equipment, including MIST network deployments.
  • · Experience with Microsoft Intune for Desktop Management and deployments.
  • · Experience with Windows server 2012-2022 Administration and Management.
  • · Experience with any variety of Linux.
  • · Management of Certificate Services PKI and Route 53 Internal/External DNS management.
  • · Good understanding of certificates, PKI Infrastructure, and services such as NDES.
  • · Experience with deployment of VOIP-based systems and MS Team VOIP technologies.

Nice to have

  • · Experience with AWS Cloud Formation and AWS.
  • · Experience in advanced cloud Networking Transit Gateway/Azure Express Route.
  • Good skills in one or more programming languages, such as Python or PowerShell
  • · A good understanding of wired and wireless network design and deployment.
  • · Experience with Juniper networking or CCNP-level networking.

Hours

Monday through Friday, 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. and 11.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. (Shift)

Earlier or later hours, or weekend hours, may be expected on occasion.
