Brief Summary
Our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of high-tech facilities in Singapore. They looking for a unique individual to join their growing business and to develop Project Cost Controls System and Management Reporting for project value up to SGD 200M.
Responsibilities:
· To review and set up WBS and WP
· Liaise with Finance, Procurement, Subcontracts Leads, Project Managers and other stakeholders
· Prepare reports on revenue, internal budgets and variation orders; forecasts and cash-flows.
· Regularly update on Change Order, Budget Transfers, Trends Register.
· Assist Senior Project Controls Manager with SEA projects for cost report, GPR and risk register as well as prepare consolidation reports.
· Identify cost abnormalities in reporting data from project current budget and previous EAC.
Requirement:
· Degree in Engineering, Finance or equivalent
· At least 3 years of project cost control working experience in Engineering & Construction environment
