Responsibilities:
- Manage marine subcontractors by verifying and validating their schedule, progress measurement and the rest of the project planning deliverables
- Analyze manpower and productivity of subcontractors
- Perform frequent audits by doing site visits to ensure that construction plans are properly implemented, and project control standards are being practiced.
- Prepare weekly site reports
- Analyze progress at site focusing on critical activities, highlights issues to the site manager and formulate mitigation plans
- Prepare ad hoc schedules, KPIs and other progress tracking reports
- Review and analyze subcontractors’ weekly and monthly progress reports
- Prepare look ahead schedules to be discussed and shared to the site team
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as site planner managing the topside scope of the project
- Preferably has previous working experience with yards fabricating offshore structure modules
- Strong understanding of the topside work scope in an offshore structure conversion project including different phases such as fabrication, installation, mechanical completion, module load out and lifting
- Experience in building complex project schedules using Primavera P6
- Willing to be deployed to Brunei
- Available in short notice
- Advance skills in using Primavera P6 and Progress Measurement tools
