CNPC Treasury (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CNPC Treasury SG”), the wholly owned subsidiary of China Petroleum Finance Co., Ltd (“CNPC Finance HQ”), was incorporated in May 2011 in Singapore with the approval of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, and awarded the Tax Incentive Scheme for Finance and Treasury Centre (FTC) by Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) since July 2011.
CNPC Finance HQ belongs to China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). CNPC is China’s largest oil and gas producer and supplier, as well as one of the world’s major oilfield service provider and a global reputed contractor in engineering construction. CNPC Finance HQ is a non-bank financial institution established in December 1995 with the approval of the People’s Bank of China, serving as the in-house bank to strengthen the cash centralization management for CNPC by providing the network companies with funds management and financial services. Job Position
Admin Executive
Job Description
· Handle the procurement and inventory of daily office stationeries, fixed assets, and employee benefits, maintaining proper records and providing timely support.
· Communicate with the parent company's administrative department and manage various administrative matters.
· Communicate with external organizations such as property management, Economic Development Board, and IRAS on administrative matters.
· Responsible for administrative report preparation, review, and processing.
· Collect and submit company invoices, employee claims, and coordinate with the finance department for reimbursement procedures.
· Organize and implement corporate culture activities, such as creating company culture promotional videos and arranging team-building events.
· Any other duties assigned from time to time
Job Requirement
· Bachelor's degree or above in Administration, Human Resources, or Journalism.
· 1-3 years related working experience (experienced Chinese corporations working history is preferable), fresh graduate is also welcome.
· Experience in liaising with Singapore government departments (e.g., Economic Development Board, IRAS) is a plus.
· Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong Chinese written skills.
· Able to work under pressure and good teamwork spirits.
· Prefer Singapore Citizen and Singapore Permanent Resident.
